Economic independence and legal personality of individuals in international business environment

The paper deals with the formation and management of the enterprise on the basis of the principles of financial management. It is specified that rational distribution of resources and financial assets allows to create the purposes and tasks which are reflected in turn in planning of activity of the enterprises. It should be borne in mind that the planning should not be short-term, as a significant number of scientists believe regarding the desire to obtain faster operational results, but directly qualitative content regarding the structuring of long-term and strategic planning of the overall activity of the enterprise. The paper presents a model analysis of the situation, considers the formation of individual positions on the place of the theory and practice of financial management in the structure of development and preparation of quality strategic decisions. Modeling is carried out at the enterprises of the industrial complex. The appendices provide calculations.
