To improve the situation, you need to create the perfect, theoretically grounded normative database mining law that would ensure rational subsoil use and appropriate protection of natural resources, because the existence of a system of rules governed by the mining law, the subject of which are the relations arising in connection with the development of the earth and mining is more apparent, and no one doubts.
