It is important to ensure that managers are trained for Russian enterprises right now. To do this, it is necessary to create specialized portals (possibly with the assistance of the state), where potential top managers and middle managers would be able to leave their resumes and fill in the necessary qualifications. It is also possible to introduce special qualification commissions for people who want to work as managers. One of the main tasks of modern management in our country is the safe, from a social point of view, conversion of Russian single-industry towns based on the extraction and processing of mineral raw materials. One of the possible directions is the creation of innovative technology parks. Here you can produce high-quality high-tech products at affordable prices for the mass consumer (computers, laptops, tablets, 3d printers of various types, automotive electronics, cheap electric vehicles). Innovative products could become new growth points for depressed regions of the country. Bringing Russian single-industry towns out of the deep depression and turning them into favorable "growth points" where high-quality human capital will be created is the most important social task of the new generation of Russian managers.
