Revolutionary events create a violent revolution in our consciousness. New technologies for gas and oil production, battery - powered cars, printing of three- dimensional objects, continuous development of network technologies, progress in robotics - all these innovations are already penetrating the fabric of social life, have a serious impact on economic processes, and they should not be overlooked. In fact, the transition to a new technological order is taking place now. This technological structure will be based on the most important role of information and knowledge. It will be a technological structure, based on adhocracy. In this situation, the previous technological order, based on the basis of energy carriers, is experiencing a deep crisis. It is obvious that any crisis is associated with organizational ties and relations, that is, a violation of the established order of functioning and development of public education. The latter, due to the destruction of internal and external links, is faced with the need to re-build these links, implement structural changes in order to maintain the ability to continue to function and develop properly.
